My family had a fantastic time here, especially enjoying the delicious breakfast and the accessible pool. The outdoor swimming pool and relaxing jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only hiccup was the long trek up the stairs with luggage, but we’ll remember to ask for a first-floor room next time! 😊

We had a fantastic time at the pool and everyone enjoyed breakfast. The staff made us feel at home, and the room was great for our family, giving us quick access to nearby stores and restaurants. A visit to Silly Mountain Park was a hit!

In my wife’s opinion, an elevator would be a nice addition for families. It can be tough with luggage and kids.

The staff was incredibly helpful especially when i had trouble with the waffle iron and they jumped right in to help me out and the room was super clean and had all the necessary amenities including a nice fridge and microwave

Staff members were incredibly attentive. they promptly helped us resolve an initial room issue. Location was also a highlight, with nearby stores and restaurants. Breakfast included delicious hot dogs, but the overall dining options could use variety.

we had a wonderful stay at best western! the location is perfect, just off the 202 for easy travel around the phoenix area. our king suite was spacious, and we loved being close to the pool. brett at the front desk was incredibly helpful, ensuring we got a room that met our family's needs. really enjoyed using the hot tub too!
